Delores M. Urbina, 86, of Toledo, passed away May 30, 2021 at Foundation Park Alzheimers Care Center. Delores was born January 23, 1935 in Toledo to Alfred and Mildred (Lambert) Collins. Delores was a member of Harvest Tabernacle Church of God.
She is survived by her children, Leonard R. (Jackie) Urbina, Christina M. Kramer (Matt), Lee R. (Chris) Urbina, Steve A. (Penny) Urbina, Elizabeth S. Urbina; sister, Anna McGruder; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Delores was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leonard; son, Johnny; brothers, Robert and Richard; and one grandson.
The family will receive guests Saturday, June 5, 2021 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Saturday at 12:00 pm. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
Memorial contributions may be made to Foundation Park Alzheimer Care Center in Delores's memory.
