Delores J. Jackson, age 84, of Toledo, passed away peacefully October 4, 2022 at her home. She was born August 14, 1938 in Toledo to Edward and Helen (Leffler) Henry. Delores enjoyed camping and going to the casino.
In addition to her parents, Delores was also preceded in death by her daughter, Regina Ziegler; grandson, Joshua "Push" Easter, II; sisters, Diane Wenzel, Sally Mehle and Janet Ballew; and brothers, Homer, Eddie and Earl Henry. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Wayne Jackson; sons, Tim (Kim) VanDenEynde and John VanDenEynde; 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; sister, Evelyn Pawlinski and brothers, Fred (Linda) Henry and Howard (Kathy) Henry; and her fur babies "Scruffy" and "Zoe."
The family will receive guests Monday, October 10, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer- SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Delores' memory.
