Deborah Lynn Tolliver

Deborah Lynn Tolliver, born on March 15, 1967, in Toledo, Ohio, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2025, in her beloved hometown. She was a person of warmth and spirit, deeply rooted in her family and the community she cherished.

Deborah was a devoted mother to her children: Timothy Byram, Brandy Lynn Tolliver, and Mary Kate Tolliver. Her grandchildren—Jecara, Bralyn, Jaylon, Perry, Braxton, La'Reina, and Royal'Lee—brought her immense joy, being a central part of her life. She found her greatest happiness in spending time with them, creating lasting memories that will undoubtedly echo through the generations.

She was raised by her parents, Albert and Laura Byram, who instilled strong values in her that she carried throughout her life. Deborah shared a close bond with her siblings: Jimbo (Connie) Byram, Russell (Shelly) Byram, Ron (Lori) Byram, and Donnie Byram. They shared many moments of laughter and support, and her absence will be felt deeply by her brothers and sisters.

Deborah had a variety of interests that brought her joy and fulfillment. She loved playing Bingo, which provided her not only entertainment but also the opportunity to connect with friends. Gardening was another passion, allowing her to nurture life and beauty while enjoying the outdoors. A dedicated sports fan, she held a special place in her heart for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the University of Michigan Football, always eager to cheer on her teams.

Deborah goes to join her loved ones who preceeded her in death: her sisters, Tina Bussard and Lori Bushroe; her brother, Michael Byram; and her niece and nephew, Kimberly and Tony Dale.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at a visitation service, which will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home in Northwest Toledo on February 21, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This gathering will serve as a testament to the impactful life Deborah lived—a life filled with love, laughter, and an unwavering commitment to those she cherished.

Deborah Lynn Tolliver will be remembered for her loving nature, her infectious smile, and her boundless spirit. She leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue to influence and inspire all who had the privilege of knowing her.
