Deanna Lee Shaud

March 7, 1938 — August 23, 2022

Deanna Lee Shaud, age 84, of Lambertville, Michigan peacefully passed away due to illness at Hospice of Northwest Ohio on August 23, 2022. She married her late husband, Robert, in 1960, and together they raised two daughters. Deanna was the strength of her family for all of her years. She was a proud graduate of Monroe Community College, having obtained her Associates of Business Degree later in her life. Deanna worked for over 50 years in the grocery industry, retiring from Food Town in Bedford. She loved working within her community and meeting her neighbors, she always had a line of customers waiting to go through her checkout line. Deanna was also an avid nature photographer, particularly local birds and squirrels.

Deanna was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Shaud; parents, Floyd and Wanda (Nidek) Clark; and brothers, Robert, Taylor, and Sonny. She is survived by her daughters, Roberta (Jerry) Long and Robin (Paul Huyck) Shaud; grandchildren, Hoku Horn, and Deanna and Gage Long; as well as many friends.

Those wishing to make a contribution in Deanna's memory are asked to consider, The Farm Sanctuary or the World Wildlife Fund.

Services for Deanna will be private, interment will take place at Toledo Memorial Park. Newcomer Funeral Home – Northwest Chapel, 4150 W.
