Dawn M. Pompili, age 59 of Toledo, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 in Toledo.
Dawn was born on September 25, 1955 in Sylvania to Keith and Martha (Bunting) Nelson. Dawn was a self employed hairdresser for many years. She enjoyed working in her yard, swimming in her pool, playing bingo and watching NASCAR, especially Kyle Busch. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Dawn was preceded in death by her father. Dawn is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Bruce Pompili, daughter, Jennifer (Tom) Napolski, son, Bruce Pompili, mother, Martha Nelson, grandchildren, Shaylee, Maloree, and Aubree, sister, Vickey Cramer, brothers, Keith Nelson, Delbert Nelson, Bryan Nelson, and Craig Nelson.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 1, 2015 from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm. Funeral services will be held at 6:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Road 419-473-0300.
The family asks that memorial donations be made to American Cancer Society.
