David A. Williams

David A. "Dave" Williams, age 51, of Temperance, MI, passed away December 2, 2020 at the Toledo Hospital. He was born on October 27, 1969 to David C. and Wanda (Pirt) Williams in Cleveland, OH. Dave was a computer engineer with Ford Motor Company for the last 24 years. He was a baseball coach for many years with 3B in the Bedford Community. Dave was always looked at as a mentor to the kids throughout the years. He was very involved in his son's hockey, soccer and baseball activities. Dave was also a huge part of the core values development of each and every kid on the 08' Sylvania North Stars Travel Hockey Team. He was an avid bowler, enjoyed camping and spending time with family and friends. Dave was a devoted son, husband, father, brother, uncle, coach and friend. His smile, spirit and caring nature will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 24 years, Rhonda Williams; sons, David C., Andrew and Christopher; parents, David C. and Wanda Williams; in-laws, Sam and Becky Culp and Helen and Mac McDermott; siblings, Michelle (Patrick) Connolly, Jason (Sandy) Williams, Amanda Williams and Melissa McDaniel; sisters-in-law, Regina Culp and Kym (Archie) Heinl; special nieces, Shayna Rieger, Miranda (Marquise) Blackman, and Jerrica (Taran) Kennedy; many other nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

The family will receive guests on Sunday, December 13, 2020 from 2 – 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home – Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will be private on Monday. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park. (For the safety of the Williams family and their guests, masks are required with social distancing.)
