David R. Wainscott, age 58, of Toledo, OH, passed away on Tuesday August 24, 2021. He was born April 12, 1963. David was the youngest of five siblings and a 1981 graduate of Start High School. David married his high school sweetheart and life-long love, Lynn (Pakulski) on September 1, 1984 and together they raised two children.
He spent a 30 year career working for the City of Toledo Forestry division. His family was his pride and joy and he loved spending time with his wife, kids, siblings, nieces, nephews, longtime friends and perhaps most of all his four beautiful granddaughters.
He is survived by his wife, Lynn; son, Chad (Stephanie); daughter, Wendy (Scott) Moewe; brothers, Gary (Kathy) and Dan; sister, Heidi Busdiecker (Rick); mother-in-law, Paulette Pakulski; granddaughters, Elizabeth (7) Addilyn (5) Olivia (5) and Brooklyn (3), his little K-9 buddy, Rosco and many much-loved nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold (Jacqueline) and Marilyn (Ross) Wainscott; brother, Mark; brother-in-law, Andrew Busdiecker and father-in-law, Donald Pakulski.
