David Sahadi

David A. "Dave" Sahadi, age 69 of Toledo, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 5, 2012 where he was surrounded by his loving family. He was born on August 7, 1942 to Paul and Marie (Bodi) Sahadi in Toledo. Dave worked for Ford Motor Company as a Tool and Die maker, he retired after 25 years of service. He married Carol A. (Hepfinger) Sahadi on June 15, 1974 in Toledo. In his spare time he enjoyed designing stained glass art and he was a member of the Stained Glass Guild. He also enjoyed woodworking, being outdoors and spending time with his grandchildren.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 38 years, Carol; twin daughters, Ann Marie (Dail) DeBruyne and Heather Rae (Jason) Koziarski and son, David Paul Sahadi;grandchildren, Gabriel, Alyssa, Mariah, Theresa, Thomas and Justin.

The family will receive guests Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). The family will also receive guests on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services. Funeral Services will begin in the funeral home on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Maumee.
