David Ray Nichols

David Ray Nichols, age 31, resident of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Monday, March 14, 2022. He was born on December 31, 1990, in Toledo, Ohio, to the David W. Nichols Jr. and Jodi L. Conine.

David went to Mason High School, where he played football, basketball, and was in track. He was very family oriented; family was number one in his eyes. He enjoyed spending time with his daughter, Alivia; she meant the world to him. David was very close with his dad, grandpa, and uncle, Dan. His dad was his best friend and he did everything with his grandpa. The memories will forever be remembered. David loved his two dogs and cat, Boomer, Frank, and Kitty. He liked to fish and hunt and do anything outdoors. David was a great dad, son, and friend and he will truly be missed by all who knew him.

Those left to forever cherish his memory are his loving wife, Angel (Kuron) Nichols; daughter, Alivia Nichols; father, David Nichols Jr.; grandmothers, Ann Nichols and Melody Lugabihl; aunts, Paula (Kevin) LaCroix, Linda (Mike) Tomalewski, and Brenda Conine; uncles, Daniel Nichols and Brad Conine; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

David was preceded in death by his mother, Jodi L. Conine; sister, Amanda Hogan; cousin, Dave Rodriguez; uncle, Brian Conine; and grandfather, David Wilfred Nichols Sr.

Family and friends may gather at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 West Laskey Road, Toledo, Ohio 43623, on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm, where his funeral service will take place at 7:00 pm.
