David E. Mason

David Elsworth Mason, age 70, of Walbridge, OH. passed away February 16, 2023. He was born January 26, 1953 in Toledo to Albert and Dorothy (McCurdy) Mason. Dave served his country in the U.S. Naval Seabees. He was employed with Omni Source Corporation for many years. Dave enjoyed genealogy and wrote and published a couple of books.

In addition to his parents, Dave was also preceded in death by his grandson, Lukas Mason. He is survived by his children, Lisa Ann Mason, Gabriel Mason, Matthew (Amanda) Mason, Benjamin (Jodie) Mason, Joseph Tokar, Brian (Jessica) Tokar and Keith Mason; siblings, Bonnie Mason and Timothy Mason and many grandchildren.

The family will receive guests Tuesday, February 21, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Whitehouse Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Toledo Area Humane Society in Dave's memory.
