David Charles Hadley, age 64, of Northwood, Ohio, passed away October 24, 2022, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo. David was born on March 1, 1958, in Toledo, to the late George and Jeanne (Velker) Hadley.
David was a graduate of Whitmer High School, class of 1976. David drove trucks for over 15 years, which before he retired, drove for George Weston Bakeries. When David wasn't working, he enjoyed hunting, boating, fishing, camping, and spending time with his grandson, Colton. His smile and love will forever be missed. It's not goodbye, it's see you later…
Those left to forever cherish his memory are his son, David (Sarah) Hadley; grandson, Colton Hadley; furry companion, Angel; three step-children, Heather DeSelms, Douglas DeSelms, and Jonathan DeSelms; several step-grandchildren; four siblings, James (Mary) Hadley, Kenneth (Vicky) Hadley, Bill (Rita) Hadley, and Linda (Bob) Gutierrez; and numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and loved ones.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Carol J. Notman; and brother, Fred J. Hadley.
The family would like to thank Leilani Marsh for all of the wonderful years she shared with David, along with her love, care, and support.
Family and friends may gather at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 West Laskey Road, Toledo, Ohio 43623, on Friday, October 28, 2022, from 2:00 pm until the time of funeral services at 7:00 pm.
