David Morris Applegate

David Morris Applegate, age 65, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on April 22, 2025 at Orchard Villa Care Center after a 7-month battle with ALS. He was born in Toledo on January 27, 1960 to Morris and Sharon (Halderman) Applegate.

Dave loved music and played many different instruments. He also enjoyed feeding the ducks at the pond at his parents’ home.

Surviving is his mother, Sharon Applegate; sister, Tamara (Richard) Hawkins; nieces, Misty (Steven) Rochefort, Mindy Edelman, Cara Hawkins. Gaby (Paul) Hawkins and uncle, John (Ingrid) Halderman. Services for Dave will be private.
