Darrin M. Flynn unexpectedly passed away Saturday, June 30, 2012 at Mercy St. Vincent Hospital. He was born April 28, 1969 to James M. Flynn and Judith Flynn Stark in Toledo, OH.
The last five years Darrin worked for Comprehensive Logistics until he was laid off. Darrin enjoyed working on cars; he was also the go-to-guy when something needed to be fixed or remodeled in the home. He was very talented and this was evident in his work.
He is survived by his daughter, Delaney or "Bunkie" and she was his bright star and pride and joy. Also daughter, Tara; sister, Erin; stepbrother, Jeff; father, James Flynn; mother, Judith Flynn Stark; step-father, Louis Stark; niece, Kayla Pokornik; nephew, Trevor Hunt; cousin, Toni and best friend, Rob; and many aunts and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
The family will receive guests on Friday, July 6, 2012 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 Laskey Road, (419) 473-0300. Funeral services will begin in the funeral home on Friday at 7:00 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
