Darrell G. Cunningham

Darrell Cunningham age 68 of Toledo went home to be with his Lord and Savior on November 8, 2024, surrounded by his family. He was born in Toledo, on November 11, 1955 Richard and Joanne (Peyton) Cunningham.

Darrell attended Libbey High School and was employed in the auto industry for 40 years and retired from Dana. He loved the holidays and spending time with his family. He also enjoyed Mopar, fast cars and was an avid fan of the Michigan Wolverines and L.A. Rams.

Surviving is his loving wife, Debbie Cunningham; sons, Darrell Cunningham II, Ray (Dee) Cunningham; grandchildren, Tyler, Jaelynne, Raymond Jr., Emma, David and Caleb; siblings, David (Quinn) Cunningham, Mary Herrera, Mike Cunningham, Pete (Tina) Cunningham, Tom (Kate) Sherman, Ann Cunningham and Brent (Kara) Cunningham. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, T.J. and nieces, Andrea and Nicole.

Family and friends will be received at the Newcomer Funeral Home, (Southwest Chapel), 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo on Thursday, November 14, 2024, from 11:00 am-1:00 pm. A Celebration of Life service will immediately follow visitation at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Ft. Meigs Cemetery, Perrysburg. Memorial contributions may be made to Monclova Road Baptist Church or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
