Darlene Marsh

Darlene "Dar" Marsh, age 56, of Toledo, passed away Monday, September 15, 2014 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 17, 1958 to Donald and Marilyn (Miller) Homer in Toledo. Dar and her husband enjoyed playing Bingo and volunteering for over 36 years. She loved being around people and never met a stranger. Dar loved nothing more than spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Darlene is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, Maynard Marsh; sons, Ryan (April), Erik (Katie), Larry (Amanda) and Mike; grandchildren, Luke, Leyton, Avery, Mikayla, Jacob and Addy; siblings, Bonnie (Mark) Grillo, Diane (John) Castellanos, Denise Fisher, Dennis (Carol) Homer, Debbie Mohler, Donna Hite and Dee Newman; 4 sisters-in-law; and many other family members and dear friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, David Homer.

The family will receive guests on Friday from 2 – 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Saturday at 1:30 p.m. with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
