Darlene Aris Kirk

Darlene A. Kirk age 82 of Holland Ohio passed into eternal life 4-10-2021. She was born May 13, 1938 in Toledo Ohio to the late Marshall and Loa Shaffer. Darlene was a gifted vocal recording artist, Sunday school teacher at Trinity Baptist Church, Good News Club teacher, caterer and home health aide. She enjoyed cooking for and entertaining her family and friends. Darlene was a gifted cake decorator and seamstress. Her favorite thing was spending time with her grandchildren and children. Left to cherish Darlene's memory are her daughters, Edie (Tom) Loudenslager, Debra (David) Leffler, daughter-in-law, Karen Huxford, eight grandchildren, 12 greatgrandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Darlene was preceded in death by her parents, son, James Huxford, twin, Delores Campbell, brothers, Samuel and Merlin Shaffer and great grandson Owen James Lucio Patrick. A private memorial will be held for family at a later date at Newcomer in West Sylvania.
