Dannielle M. Barnett

Dannielle M. "Dani" Barnett, age 43, of Sylvania, passed away peacefully Monday, December 6, 2021 at Flower Hospital with her loving parents by her side. She was born on June 6, 1978 to Duane and Deborah (Ortman) Ackley in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Dani had a Bachelor's Degree in English. She was an avid reader, especially being into cosplay and anime. Dani liked being in the outdoors, and taking her children to the parks. She was a fanatic of Starbucks. Dani loved animals of all kinds. She lived for her children, they were her pride and joy. Dani's smile, spirit and caring nature will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Left to cherish her memory are her adoring children, Alchemy and Dorian Barnett; devoted parents, Duane Jr. and Debbie Ackley; siblings, Duane (Holly) Ackley, Damon Ackley, Deanna Bischoff and D'Arcy Ackley; 7 nieces; grandparents, Laura Ackley and Randall Ortman; father of her children, Robert Barnett, Jr.; and many aunts, uncles, other family members, and dear friends.

The family will receive guests on Monday, December 13, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home – Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300).
