Daniel G. Miller

Daniel G. Miller, age 74, of Toledo, passed away January 21, 2025 at University of Toledo Medical Center. He was born June 21, 1950 in Toledo to Donald and Mae (Kain) Miller. Dan was employed by the City of Toledo as a Parks and Recreation Foreman at District 1. He enjoyed sailing on his boat "The Wind Catcher", snowmobiling and traveling with his grandchildren on many cruises. 

In addition to his parents, Dan was also preceded in death by his grandson, Brody Vaughn. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Gay A. Miller; son, DJ Miller; daughter, Damon Vaughn; grandchildren, Megan (Prathyush) Krolak, Eric Krolak-Miller, Jacob Shively, Daniel Sunday and Ellie Vaughn; and sister, Donna Finley.

The family will receive guests Monday, January 27, 2025 from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at Newcomer - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). A Scripture Service will be held Monday at 6:00 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospitals or the American Cancer Society in Dan's memory.
