Daniel Simon Jones, age 72, a longtime resident of Columbus, passed away Wednesday, September 26, 2007 in Columbus. Born January 22, 1935 to Herrrell and Anna Jones in Toledo. Daniel was employed with a Sportsman Club in Columbus for several years. He enjoyed bingo and playing cards.
Daniel was preceded in death by his parents; 1 brother and 5 sisters. He is survived by his siblings, Edward (Shirley); William; Richard (Joyce); Tom; Ann; Betty and Louise (Karl) and many extended family members.
Visitation Sunday from 2-6:00 p.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will be Monday at 10:00 a.m. Interment in Harding Township Cemetery.
Memorial Contributions to the charity of the donor's choice.
