Daniel H. Grna

Daniel H. Grna, resident of Maumee, OH, passed away peacefully with his family by his side, on September 4, 2024 at age 72. Born to the late Joseph and Mary Grna on December 14, 1951. In 1977, he married the love of his life and wife of 48 years, Michele (Davis) Grna. Dan lead a successful law practice for over 45 years. He will be remembered as a loyal husband, and compassionate father and grandfather. 

He is survived by his wife, Michele; children, Benjamin Grna and Laura Grna; grandchildren, Conor Biddix and Carson Biddix; brother, James (Beth) Grna; mother-in-law, Margaret Davis-Langdon; sister-in-law, Lori McCune and brother-in-law, James McCune.  Dan is also survived by an aunt, many cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends. 

Dan was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Mary Grna. 

The Grna family would like to thank Ohio Living Hospice and their nurse, Christina King, as well as Debbie Lester for their tireless dedication and compassion during Dan's time of need. 

Dan lead a relatively private life, his family will remember him dearly. There will be no services at this time. 

"The tragedy in life is that man wants to be remembered as a great man, so they boast about how great they are.....but in reality a great man makes a difference in people's lives with out them even knowing, encouraging that person to grow on their own while quietly watching. Because that's what a great man does. Dan is that man."
