Dale M. Momberg, age 64, of Toledo, passed away on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 of lung cancer at Ebeid Hospice Residence, Sylvania, Ohio. Dale was born on April 16, 1950 to Russell C. and Evelyn (Byrne) Momberg in Toledo. He graduated from Whitmer High School in 1968. Dale worked at Dana Corp. for 30 years, retiring in 2012 due to illness.
He was preceded in death by his parents. Dale is survived by his brother, Wayne (Caroline) Momberg, of Lambertville, MI; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
The family will receive guests on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 from 4 – 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd, Toledo (419-473-0300). A small Prayer Service will begin Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home with visitation one hour prior. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make memorial contributions are asked to consider ProMedica Hospice, 5340 Harroun Rd, Sylvania, Ohio 43560.
