Cynthia Morey

Cynthia Morey, age 62, died on June 12, 2017 at her home from end-stage COPD. She was born on May 7, 1955 to the late Richard and Eileen McVicker in Toledo, Ohio.
Cindy retired in April 2016 from Goodwill Industries as Distribution Manager after 12 years of service. She loved traveling, gardening and spending time with her family. Cindy always cherished the special sisters trip to Sanibel in 2015. She was also a devoted Detroit Lions fan.
She is survived by her husband of 13 years, Harry; daughters, Chris (Jaime) Moore and Cathie Moore; siblings, Mick (Karen), Nancy (Jim) Chapman, Gret Ramasocky, Kathy (Bill) Kuyoth and Betsy (Tom) Tucker; grandchildren, Ishvara and Edan and many nieces and nephews. Cindy was preceded in death by siblings, Pat, Joel, Denny, Judy Williams and Karen Smith.
The family will receive guests on Friday, June 16, 2017 from 5-7:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). The Memorial Service will begin at 7:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
