Cynthia M. Rhinevault

Cynthia M. "Cindy" Rhinevault, age 47, of Toledo, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2016 at the Cleveland Clinic. She was born on December 16, 1968 to Milton and Adele (Boucard) Rhinevault in Pontiac, MI. Cindy was passionate and devoted to her son Keegan and a strong advocate for the Downs Syndrome Association of Greater Toledo. She was a skin care consultant for Sephora for the last 9 years and also worked at the Clinique counter at Dillards for 6 years. Cindy was a proud graduate of Mercy College with Honors in Medical Coding. She was known for her infectious smile and had a laugh you never forgot. Cindy will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Cynthia is survived by her loving fiancé, Keith Simms; beloved son, Keegan; mother, Adele (Leonard) Blanco; father, Milton Rhinevault; mother-in-law, Carole Simms; father-in-law, Floyd (Carol) Simms; in-laws, Cheri (Cindy) Simms, Pam (Kirk) Gossett, Don and Jon (Heidi) Anderson; nephew, Nathan; nieces, Grace, Avery and Crystal; best friends, Kathy, Anna, Beth and Tina; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of many other dear friends.

The family will receive guests on Sunday from 12:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) with Memorial Services beginning at 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make memorial contributions are asked to consider the family, for her son Keegan.
