Cynthia Jean Parker

Cynthia J. Parker, age 52, of Toledo, passed away Saturday, May 7, 2011 at the Toledo Hospital. She was born October 29, 1958 to Harold Sr. and Eugenia (Gardner) Mizer in France. Cynthia retired from Ohio Rehabilitation and she also worked for the Ability Center of Toledo. In 1986 she was awarded the fastest typist in the tri-state area and she also received more secretaries of the year awards. Cynthia was a very loving woman and inspired many.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Cynthia is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, John C. Parker, Jr.; father, Harold (Susan) Mizer, Sr.; brothers, Harold Jr. (Linda), Brian and Mark Mizer; and many nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation or funeral services for Cynthia. A Memorial Gathering will take place at a later date. The Newcomer Funeral Home (419-473-0300) assisted the family with arrangements.
