Curtis Lemay

Curtis Lemay, age 68, passed away on July 29, 2015. He was born on December 3, 1946 in Toledo, Ohio.
Curt was preceded in death by his parents, Doris and Raymond Lemay; siblings, Olive King, Virginia Stamm and Marcella Perry and niece, Anna Slawter. Left to cherish his memory are his siblings, Richard (Carol) Worden, Ray (Pat) Lemay, Chuck (Narda) Lemay, Linda Waltermire, Rosemary Roberts, John (Kim) Lemay, Doreen (Bill) Slawter, Karen (Evie) Jarman, Pat (Melanie) Lemay and Lauretta (John) Meyers; many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Curt was a 1965 graduate of Libbey High School. He was a veteran of the US Naval Air. Curt was a participant and supporter of Storer Camps through the YMCA. He dedicated his life to helping others in need. Curt was an Owner/Operator of Checker Cab #225. He enjoyed bowling and putt-putt. Curt was a big supporter of the Handicapped Olympics and the LPGA.
The family will receive guests on Saturday, August 8, 2015 from 1-3:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). The Memorial Service will begin at 3:00 p.m.
