Crystal G. Virden

Crystal Gayle Virden, age 33, of Perrysburg, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, August 9, 2012 at home. She was born on November 2, 1978 in Salem, Ohio. Crystal was an avid bear collector and enjoyed shopping, especially for shoes. She was a very dedicated, loving, and caring mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Left to cherish Crystal's memory are her loving son, Devon Ireland; parents, Deb and Bill Ireland; sisters, Emily (Brian) Brown and Dawn Rehm; niece, Kireona Brown; father, Gary Virden; brothers, John, Brett, Joe and Scott Ireland; grandparents, Grace and Harold Albert; beloved aunt, Shirley Gaynor; best friends, Juanita Ringling and Daphne Keiser; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Robert and Dorothy Barr; and uncles, George Roberts and James McCue.

The family will receive guests on Wednesday from 2 – 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Restlawn Memorial Park.
