Constance A. Harvey left this world to reunite with her beloved husband, Phill on April 13, 2016. Born to John B. and Rodilla Barclay in 1944.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Jennifer (Rich) Dietsch, Laura (Rodney) O'Brien and Chad Michael (Natalia) Simon; siblings, Pam Rogers and Bob (Sherri) Barclay; grandchildren, Heather (Peter) Kvale, Richie and Ryan Dietsch, Libbey Jaeblon, Michael O'Brien, Steven and Mary O'Brien, Evan and Aidan Gero; great-granddaughter, Katelyn O'Brien, and her beloved Molly.
The family will receive guests on Saturday, April 23, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). The Memorial Service will begin at 1:00 p.m.
Memorial Contributions may be made to: Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
