Clyde E. Schall, age 77 of Oakwood, passed away Tuesday, May 11th, 2010 at The Toledo Hospital after a long illness surrounded by his family. He was born on April 3rd, 1933 to John and Mrytle (Powell) Schall in Fostoria, Ohio. Clyde served in the U.S. Navy aboard the Markab AD-21 as a MR 2 Machinist. While serving in the U.S. Navy he was stationed at Newport, Rhode Island. He retired from Spangler Candy as a machinist. Clyde enjoyed hunting and fishing and he will be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Lorraine (Dresch) Schall; daughter, Sheri (Peter) Ansted of Perrysburg; grandchildren, Robb of Perrysburg, Tim of Lexington, Kentucky and Mallory (J. Michael) Newman of Houston, Texas.
Preceding him in death was his daughter, Patty Sue Schall.

Services will be private. Burial will be held at a later date.
