Clifford Ray McCollum

Clifford Ray McCollum, age 78, passed away November 17, 2024 at Genacross Lutheran Services, Wolfcreek Campus. He was born December 5, 1945 in Waynesburg, PA to Clifford A. McCollum and Naomi H. (Stockdale) Basore.

In addition to his parents, Cliff was also preceded in death by his wife, Sharen Irish McCollum; brothers, Roger “Dale”McCollum, Danny McCollum and sister, Susan Houghtlen. He is survived by his brother, Dean (Vickie) McCollum.

Cliff loved the Lord and attended Heritage Church in Maumee, he also enjoyed being part of their Bible Study Groups. Cliff’s passion was golfing, he would golf as often as he could. When he retired he even worked/volunteered at a golf course, so he could golf for free. People who knew him well enjoyed his sense of humor.

Per Cliff’s wishes there will be no viewing and a private family memorial will take place at a later date. 

John 10:27-29Jesus said, “My sheep hear my voice; I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish. No one can take them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one can take them out of the Father’s hand.”
