Cindy E. Klostermeier

Cindy E. Klostermeier, age 63, of Toledo, passed away Thursday, December 19, 2019 at the Toledo Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was born on November 24, 1956 to Byrdie and Francis (Deckard) Jeffries in Toledo. Cindy retired from the University of Toledo Medical Center as a Manager in Environmental Services after 28 years of service. She was a longtime member of Monclova Road Baptist Church. Cindy enjoyed traveling, shopping and church music. She liked watching Westerns. Cindy loved spending time with her grandchildren. Her smile and spirit will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by infant twins; grandson, LJ Harris and 5 siblings. Cindy is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Stephen Klostermeier; children, Stephenie (Daniel) Moench, Andrea (Jeremy) Gerken and Stephen (Bridgette) Klostermeier; grandchildren, Tiffany and Andrew Moench; and Rosston Gerken; Devon, Dustin and Aaron Harris; siblings, Joann (Dick) Martin, Gene (Martha) Jeffries, Tom Jeffries and Bill (Josie) Jeffries; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

The family will receive guests on Sunday, December 22, 2019 from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer – West Sylvania Chapel, 3655 King Rd., Toledo, OH 43617 (419-392-9500). Funeral Services will begin on Monday, December 23, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at Monclova Road Baptist Church, 7819 Monclova Rd., Monclova, OH with visitation one hour prior in church. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
