Christopher Alan Zielinski, 43 years old, of Toledo, Ohio was one of the most unique people you could ever meet. He was born December 17, 1980 and passed away unexpectedly October 19, 2024. Chris grew up in Point Place, lived in Toledo his entire life, and attended Whitmer High School. There is so much to be said about Chris and his too short of time on earth. Some ways to describe Chris would be smart, funny, would give you the shirt off his back, and determined to take his own path in life. He could talk to anyone and loved meeting new people, but he also kept in contact with people from all different times and ages in his life from school days and on. To know Chris, you couldn’t help but like him. He absolutely had a gift for gab and was great at telling stories and making you laugh listening to him. Chris was very talented at working with his hands, and when working, often did construction type work. He could lay beautiful floors and do wonderful drywall work. He always had a tender heart for kids and animals. One of Chris’ favorite things in life was being out on a boat on Lake Erie drinking a cold beverage with his friends. Chris is survived, and loved beyond measure, by his mom and stepfather-Jan and Dennis Tucholski, his father- Dave Zielinski, his sister, her husband and nephew- Holly, Randy, and Kieran Burch, aunt- Andrea Meadows, and two very close family friends- Catherine Schultz and Judi Wood. He was preceded in death by his grandparents- Ollie and Evelyn Zielinski, Andrew and Mary Meadows, and Jeanne Christie, as well as his beloved cat Cody.
