Christopher Rich

Christopher Rich, age 30, of Toledo, passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, February 23, 2008 at his home. He was born November 18, 1977 to Gary and Kathryn (Madison) Rich in Toledo. Chris was employed with Toledo Tree Service for 8 years and most recently with Savory Tree Service for the last three years. He was an avid pool player and bowler and was a member of several leagues. Chris was a true outdoorsman enjoying camping and fishing. He will be remembered as a loving person who cherished the time he was able to spend with his family and friends.

In addition to his father Gary Rich, Chris was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Edward Madison and Cyril Rich, Jr. and uncle, Kenny Rich. He is survived by his loving mother, Kathy (Rick) Rich-Barnes; adoring sisters, Crystal (Jeff) Riffle; Raquel (Randy) Anderson; Marisa (Robby Voltz); Madeline; Marie and Rebecca Rich; adoring nieces and nephews, Breanna; Chris; Brandon; Anthony and Cassius; loving grandmothers, Helen Madison and Suzanne Rich and a host of extended family members, dear friends and beloved girlfriend, Kenya Harris.

The family will receive guests Wednesday from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will be Private.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the "Chris Rich Memorial Fund" c/o Promedica Federal Credit Union.
