Christopher R. Heaston, age 51, resident of Maumee, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He was born on August 15, 1971, in Toledo, Ohio, to Don and Sheila (Moyer) Heaston.
Christopher graduated from DeVilbiss High School, class of 1989. He worked as a district manager for BP, Barneys, Stop&Go for a dedicated 32 years. When he wasn't working, Christopher loved spending time with his family, playing golf and coaching youth softball. Family was everything in Christopher's life; he was very devoted and loved them very much. He and his extended family would gather every Sunday afternoon for many years to share family dinners together. They would just simply spend time eating, playing cards, watching football and dozing off for the occasional power nap. Along with family, there were dozens of close friends from the neighborhood, softball and the campground who were just like family. Christopher's hard work ethic, smile, laugh, and love will forever be missed by all who knew him.
Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 20 years and best friend, Renee (Geckle) Heaston; daughter's, Krystal Cadarette and Kiara Hurley; son, Kaleb Heaston; grandchildren, Connor and Lorelai; parents, Don and Sheila Heaston; brother, Josh (Jessica) Heaston; and many close friends.
