Christina M. "Chris" (Refi) Weills, on Easter Sunday, the day we celebrate Jesus' victory over death, Chris Weills was finally embraced by her Jesus after a long battle of illness.
She was a proud Whitmer High School graduate, class of 1980. After high school, she was a wonderful stay at home mom for 11 years being very active in her children's lives. Then deciding to earn a degree in medical assisting and was on the President's list both years. Her favorite childhood memory was traveling all across the U.S. and visiting her beloved grandmothers home where she felt loved the most.
Chris had an immense love for all animals, both domestic and wild, often feeding squirrels and birds by hand. She leaves her two sweet dogs, Cody and Gabby.
Chris had a contagious laugh and a great sense of humor. She loved dancing, even in the rain. Chris had a heart of gold and always wanted to help anyone in need, often giving a bag of groceries to the homeless.
Chris had a strong faith and was proud to a part of the Northwest Christian Church where Pastor Chuck helped her in her final years.
