Christine Sparks

Christine A. Sparks, age 59, of Toledo, passed away Friday, February 1, 2008 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 14, 1948 to Floyd and Clarissa (Panck) Cross in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Christine enjoyed doing arts and crafts, but loved nothing more than spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 1 sister and 1 brother. Christine is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Charlie Sparks; children: Amy (Jeff) Knott, Mark (Maria) Sparks, Danny (Christie) Sparks and Susan (Richard) McCloud; grandchildren: Bryce, Debbie, Mark, Jr., Ashley and Brianna; 1 great grandchild on the way; 5 brothers; 3 sisters; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

The family will receive guests on Tuesday, February 5, 2008 in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) from 2 – 6:00 p.m. Funeral Services will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
