Christine M. "Chris" Cowell, age 58, of Ottawa Lake, MI, passed away on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Mercy St. Anne's Hospital. She was born on July 2, 1960 to James Wilson and Gloria (Zaborowski) Wilbur in Toledo. Chris was a great wife and mother, she enjoyed the simple things in life including bingo and spending time with her family.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 39 years, Thomas "Sam" Cowell; daughters, Samantha Cowell (Brian McClain) and Sara Cowell and many other relatives.
The family will receive guests on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer - Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300) with her Funeral Service beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 9, 2018 in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Restlawn Memorial Park.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Chris' family, c/o Thomas "Sam" Cowell.
