Christiane J. Myers

Christiane J. "Chris" Myers, age 79, of Sylvania, passed away September 27, 2017 at Henry Ford Hospital. Chris was born June 22, 1938 in Paris, France to Louis and Aline Büchler. She married Richard Myers on November 2, 1957 in Paris France. She enjoyed reading novels and cooking. Her greatest love was spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children, Edwige Aline Rose (Stephen) Siegfried and Eric Jean Louis (Brenda) Myers, grandchildren Trista (Michael) Barros, Jessica Myers, Christina (Stephen) Archer, Ariel (Timothy) Sikula, Kohl Myers, and great grandchildren Sean, Timothy, Mia and Michael.

She is preceded in death by her husband.

The family will receive guests Friday, October 6, 2017 from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Friday at 1:00 pm. at the funeral home followed by burial at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
