Cheryl Lynn Carrillo-Torres

Cheryl, age 56, of Niagara Falls, New York passed away October 9, 2014 at her home. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on September 18th, 1958 to Connie (Nino) and Carlos Carrillo.

Cheryl attended Rogers High School and retired from Hunt's Foods. She enjoyed watching old movies and old T.V. shows. Her favorite being "I Love Lucy." She also enjoyed her weekly talks with her grandchildren.

Cheryl is survived by her mother, Connie; and her father, Carlos Carrillo; sons, Samuel Jr. (Tammie) Torres, Steven (Courtney) Torres; daughters, Rebekah (William) Torres and ReAnna (Mark) Cunningham;15 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; grandmother, Helen Nino; brothers, Anthony (Janie), Michael, Christopher (Sharon), Daniel (Theresa) and Tom (Brenda) Carrillo; sisters, Cathi Carrillo and Cynthia Carrillo-Lansdowne; step-brothers, Michael and Brian Johnson; step-sister, Kathy Johnson; companion, Jeff Regis and his family from Niagara Falls; 23 nieces and nephews; the father of her children, Samuel Torres, Sr. and the Torres Family and her "brother from another mother," Frank Martinez, Jr.. Cheryl was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jesse Nino, Asencion and Leocadia Carrillo; step-mother, Betty Carrillo; niece, Connie Carrillo and 3 infant great nephews.

The family will receive guests Thursday, October 16, 2014 from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Friday, October 17, 2014 at 10:30 am. at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery.
