Charlotte Ruth Ballew

Charlotte Ruth Ballew, Toledo, OH joined her Lord God in Heaven on May 5th 2017 at the age of 71 after a long illness. She was born on June 20th 1945 to Henry Frederick Herman and Ruth Johnson Stone in Bayshore, New York.
She is predeceased by her father and mother, her son Lugene Glenn Blancher and her husband Lealon H Ballew.
She is survived by her son Kraig A Blancher, her daughter Jessica Lin DeSelms (David II) three grandsons and two granddaughters and three sisters, Julie Cummings (Richard) NY, Janet Kaiser (Carl) NY, Carolyn Cole CA, and brother Henry Robert (Patty) NY, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Charlotte's wish will be honored for cremation and will be entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home with ashes to be scattered at a later date. There will be no services. Anyone wishing to honor Charlotte may do so by making a donation to the Toledo Area Humane Society.
