Charles Curtis Rucker, Sr., was born October 4, 1985 to the union of Crystal and Lindsey Rucker, Jr. in Schenectady, NY, but raised in Toledo, Ohio.
Charles was educated at Rogers High School.
Charles was employed at various places, Wendy's being his latest as of today.
Charles leaves to cherish his memories, his loving mother, Crystal Carswell and father, Lindsey Rucker, Jr.; brother, Lindsey Rucker, III; sister, LaToya Rucker; his children, sons, Charles Curtis Rucker, Jr., LaBron Rucker, Noah Rucker, Alvin Moore and Zyone Moore; daughters, Sha'Reya Rucker, Jalaya Rucker, Tashayla Rucker and Malaya Rucker; grandparents, Yvonne and Curtis Boykin and Geraldine M. Rucker; best friends, Kiara Johnson and Raymond Boyd; niece Cabria Murray and Morgan Shuler; nephews, Marquise Hadrick and Christian Rucker and special friend, Danielle Whaley. Charles was preceded in death by his grandfather, Lindsey Rucker, Sr.
The family will receive guests Thursday, December 23, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo. Funeral Services will begin at 12:00 p.m. Thursday with Minister Andrea Lesley presiding.
