Charles Riggs, age 77 of Toledo passed away Sunday, June 13th, 2010 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. He was born on October 10th, 1932 to Claude and Mary Susan (Ellison) Riggs in LaFollette, Tennessee. Charles is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Elizabeth (St. John) Riggs; children, Larry (Lynda) Riggs, Sherry Maves, Diane (Jeff) VonAhrens, Pat (Jack) Militzer, Tammy Riggs and Donna (Mike) Warns; 14 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and 2 sisters.
At Charles' request, funeral services will be private.
