Charles D. Edmond, 79, passed away on March 9, 2017. He was born on March 13, 1937 in Fort Mitchell, Alabama to the union of Pommie Lee and Winston Edmond Sr.

Charles was preceded in death by both parents and his brother, Winston Edmonds Jr.

Charles enjoyed fishing, hunting, bowling and sitting on his porch. He loved to travel in his RVs. He loved all sports especially the Dallas Cowboys and the LA Dodgers. Charles retired as a supervisor from GM Powertrain on Alexis Road.

Left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Tequila Edmond; son, Terrence Edmond; step-children, Camisha Taylor and Clifton Williams; granddaughter, Tequila Jones; grandsons, Andrew Holmes and Leato Edmond; 3 step-grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; mother of his children, Annie Sue Edmond; former wife, Minister Elizabeth P. Edmond; sister-in-law, Vivian Edmonds and Elizabeth J. Ragland; brother-in-law, Kenneth J. Ragland; special friend, Deacon Eddie Banks; niece and nephews and a host of family and friends.

The Family will receive guests, Saturday, March 18, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at Beulah Baptist Church, 720 Junction Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43607. The funeral service will start at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be Rev. Marilyn Taylor and Eulogy by Rev. Ronald Taylor.
