Catherine Ann Wolfe

Catherine Ann Wolfe (nee Holewinski), 60, of Elyria formerly of Toledo passed away unexpectedly Saturday, November 24, 2018 in Toledo. She was born April 29, 1958 in Toledo and was a graduate of Notre Dame Academy in Toledo , before going on to receive her Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Toledo. Catherine worked for Murray Ridge as the Business Manager. She was the finance officer for American Legion Auxiliary. Catherine enjoyed golfing, reading, crafts, sewing, needlepoint , gardening, football, baseball, and had a love for animals.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 32 years Sam; parents, Thomas R. and Doris Jean Holewinski (nee Bussing) of Toledo; brother Michael (Peggy) of Toledo; brother-in-laws James Hiszak, Joseph Wolfe, Phil Wolfe, Ben Wolfe, Dennis (Sonya) Wolfe; niece Heather Hiszak; nephew Kevin Hiszak; and other nieces. She was preceded in death by her sister Cynthia Marie Hiszak.

Family will receive guests from 4-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. Toledo. The family will also receive guests in the narthex of Christ the King Church, 4100 Harvest Lane, Toledo, OH on Friday, November 30, 2018 from 9-10:00 a.m. with her Mass of Christian Burial starting at 10:00 a.m. in the church, Rev. William Rose officiating. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
