Catherine Howell, age 92, resident of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, August 12, 2021, at Aiden of Ohio in Toledo. She was born on February 10, 1930, in Toledo, Ohio, to the late Frank and Georgia Schiffman.
Catherine, a loving wife and a wonderful mother, enjoyed spending time with her family. She liked to take trips up North where she would go fishing. She had a kind and loving soul and would do anything for anybody.
Her son, Michael Howell will always cherish her memory.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her love of her life, Charles Howell; and her daughter, Elaine Howell.
The family would like to thank a very special family friend, Chad, for taking care of Catherine and allowing her to stay at her home for as long as she could.
Family and friends may gather at the Newcomer Funeral Home 4150 W. Laskey Road, Toledo, Ohio 43623, on Monday, August 23, 2021, from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, where her funeral service will take place at 1:00 pm, with Pastor Roy Southerland officiating.
