Catherine Elizabeth Lipkowski

Catherine Elizabeth Lipkowski passed away peacefully March 17, 2016 at the University of Toledo Medical Center, Born October 4, 1946 to Robert and Sada Waters in Dearborn, Michigan, her mother died in childbirth and was adopted by Georgianna Waters when she was six months old.
As the child of a career Army officer, she lived in various locals through her childhood. Including Farmville, Virginia, Vienna, Austria, Nashville, Tennessee, Boise, Idaho, Salt Lake City, Utah, Anchorage, Alaska and DeRidder, Louisiana.
She was married to life-long Toledo resident Joseph Lipkowski. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. Surviving family members include her sister, Sue Anne Kinney of Anchorage, Alaska; brother Bill Waters of Toledo; and nieces, Angela Kinney and Stefanie Waters.
