Carole L. Lindroth, age 72, of Toledo, passed away Thursday, April 14, 2011 at Sunset Village, Sylvania. She was born on February 15, 1939 to Glen and Evelyn (Berlin) Witherell in Toledo. Carole was a graduate of Whitmer High School in 1957. She worked for the University of Toledo for 21 years until retiring. Carole was a member of Judson Baptist Church for over 50 years until they closed in 2006. She most recently was a member of Faith Baptist Church. Carole will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Lindroth. Carole is survived by her children, Cathy (Charles) Drotar, Pamela Lindroth, Sherry Lindroth and Susan (Kenneth) Peterson-Field; grandchildren, Christin (Jesse) Hager-Monroe, Brandon (Brandi Miklitsch) Hager, Todd (Raquel) Lindroth, Faith Kaczmarek and Shannon Fleck; great-grandchildren, Jesse, Jr., Jaycee, Rowan and Jace; sister, Bonnie Beilstein; niece, Nicole (Mike) Pruss; and nephew, Michael Beilstein.
A Memorial Service to Celebrate Carole's life will be held on Friday, April 29, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church, 6245 Whiteford Centre Rd, Lambertville, MI 48144.
The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff and caregivers at the Sunset Village and Ashanti Hospice for all the loving care and support given to Carole and her family through this difficult time.
