Carole F.(Jacobs) Ransom

Carole F. (Jacobs) Ransom, age 50, formerly of Toledo, passed away on Monday, September 16, 2013 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. She was born to Edward and Carole (Fought) Jacobs in Toledo on December 22, 1962. Carole was a loving daughter, mother and grandmother and she will be dearly missed by those who loved her.

Left to cherish her memory are her parents; children, Amanda Meadows, Michael Dario and Brooke Dario; 10 precious grandchildren; siblings, Mary, Tina, Julie, Lisa, Barbara, Jim, John and Donna; husband, Christopher Ransom; and many dear friends, including Alex Lypeckyj. Preceding her in death was her brother, Michael Jacobs and niece, Michelle Wilson.

The family will receive guests on Friday, September 20, 2013 from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin in the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 21, 2013. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
