Carol Ann Siebert, 76, resident of Swan Pointe Care Center, Maumee died May 25, 2012 of natural causes. She was born in Toledo, Ohio May 5, 1936 to Arthur and Marie (Janke) Siebert.
Carol is survived by siblings Richard Siebert of CA. and Sue Neiman of IN.; cousin, Dorothy Siebert and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by parents, partner, Carolyn Granner and her son, Dennis Granner; siblings James and Vernon Siebert; Vivian Logan and Jean McDermott.
An Entombment Service will be Thursday, May 31, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel.
