Carol Lee Nugent, age 77, of Toledo, passed away December 11, 2015 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Toledo. Carol was born March 23, 1938 in Toledo to Paul and Kathleen (Siek) Anspach. Carol was a graduate of Ottawa Hills High School in 1957 and was employed with the Payak Insurance for more than 40 years.
In addition to her parents, Carol was also preceded in death by her loving brother, David Anspach. She is survived by her daughters, Karen Lee Kemp and Deborah V. Nugent, brother, Paul (Carol) Anspach and 2 granddaughters, Misti and Ciara.
