Carol "Jeannie" Frederick

Carol "Jeannie" Frederick, age 73, passed away February 27, 2017. She was born February 28, 1943 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Clarence and Edith Sprauer.
Carol was employed with the Golden Lily for more than 30 years as a waitress. She loved gardening, crafting, going to the casino and Bingo. Carol enjoyed spending time each year in North Carolina with her son. She especially enjoyed cooking for her family. Carol was the sweetest, most loving mom, grandma and friend. She will be remembered for her heart of gold and wonderful sense of humor.
Carol was preceded in death by her loving husband of 30 years, Clifford Frederick and her grandson, Phillip Pruss. She is survived by her children, Jeff (Veronica), Keith (Teresa), Christina (Robert), Julie, Tony (Angie) and Herb (Billie Jo); sisters, Mary Jane, Margie and Ruth; 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive guests Friday, March 3, 2017 from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Saturday at 10:00 am. at the funeral home.
